1:- you have a gmail and Google account .
2:- Sign in with your gmail Account on blogger.com
3:- After sign click on create a New blog.
4:- Select your Title & your URL address.
5:- Select the Template.
6:- Click on Create blog.
7:- After created blog click on New post.
8:- Select the small post title,write the content on the body.
9:- Click on Publish
10:- Now your post is publish.
